Brian joined Crawford in August 2007 to manage strategic change projects throughout EMEA. In November 2009, Brian was promoted to COO, CEMEA responsible for business operations across Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa and he now sits on the CEMEA Executive Committee.

Stephen joined Crawford & Company in May 2002 as UK Financial Controller, taking over full Executive responsibility for Finance in the UK with effect from August 2003 and appointed to the UK Board in May 2004
